Update: Bravo concealment tracked me down and replaced the holster in this video with another. The new holster came with molded belt loops similar to the the raven concealment. The new one still had two loose rivets but the holster seemed to be a little smoother on the finish ie not as rough this time around with good seams. The newer holster is better than the first but still has a few little quirks. With this improvement in quality I will most likely go with bravo again in the future since their quality is approaching raven's and their prices are about 10%ish less.
Update 2: 07 May 14 I ordered a G21 holster a few weeks ago and the order is still processing. I received a 10% coupon in my email and called BC to see if I could apply it to the order. They told me they couldn't but they could send me stickers and patches instead. I told them I would like to cancel the order and then place it again using the coupon. They told me there is a 10% cancellation fee on holster orders. I checked their website and in the FAQ page they did indeed have the fee listed. I talked with them more about it and they were able to apply the coupon code to the pre-existing order which I thought was a pretty classy move.
TL:DR – Mixed experiences with bravo concealment. Their customer service will work with you and is actually really on top of things. Their holster quality is pretty close to the industry leaders with a few issues that seem to keep popping up. If you have to cancel a holster order they charge you a 10% cancellation fee even if they haven't started making your order.
